Homes of Opportunity, Inc. has compassionate and dedicated staff. All staff must go through extensive internal training with the administrative personnel, and within 30 days of the hire in date, staff must go through a three week part I, Group Home training which was developed by The Michigan Department of Community Health. All staff are mandated to attend and receive annual trainings and in services to assist with being kept up to date with the services/supports being provided to each person.
